Efficacy of Oregano Essential Oil Extract in the Inhibition of Bacterial Lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-Induced Osteoclastogenesis Using RAW 264.7 Murine Macrophage Cell Line—An In-Vitro Study

Keeping this mind, present study was formulated evaluate efficacy oregano essential oil inhibiting LPS- induced osteoclastogenesis. Four different concentrations (0 ng/mL, 25 50 100 ng/mL) extract were added into 96-well culture plate. Under light microscope, quantification osteoclast cells performed.
